The Alameda Association of REALTORS® (AAOR) has a Commercial Committee (formed in 2008) to serve our members commercial real estate needs in Alameda and the surrounding cities. Our Commercial members offers a very
broad variety of business, from industrial and office
buildings, land, apartments, hotel/motel properties, and retail
businesses.
AAOR and its Commercial Commmittee work very hard to provide valuable services such as:
- Delivering real estate education, professional development, and networking opportunities with other commercial REALTORS®.
- Offering
the opportunity to "pitch" listings to other commercial REALTORS®, to
allow them quickly sell or lease real estate products for the
clients.
- Offering meetings and seminars to share information with other commercial REALTORS®.
- Introducing
commercial REALTORS® to many services provided by the National
Association of REALTORS® and the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
- Introducing
commercial REALTORS® to affiliates include commercial lenders,
appraisers, inspectors, architectures, trainers, and the like.
Other services that AAOR provides to its Commercial members are:
- Access to the National Association of REALTORS® news and information for your marketplace
- Access to the CARETS Commercial,
a premiere website resource for Commercial REALTORS® in southern
California, to find properties for Lease and For Sale databases
- Strategic alliances with commercial real estate vendors
- Legislative advocacy on the state and national level
- Monthly education and Commercial Breakfast marketing meetings
- Free use of zipForm® 6, Forms Advisor™, ePUBS™ with the "Commercial Property Owner’s Guide to Earthquake Safety" booklet
